The video is too wide for a normal post so click here to watch it.

This is my first real test of the Kodak Zi6 pocketcam and Pannavise suction mount. The video’s pretty shaky but I’m going to try some software based image stabilization as well as mounting it a little bit differently next time. I’m planning on filming the drive from Richmond to Cooper Vineyards with the HRMINI people tomorrow. Looks like we’re going to have a pretty good Tar Heel turnout as well!
The title really says it all, just watch and be amazed!
Here’s a video I threw together (and Courtney filmed) of the Blue Ridge Parkway Tour. It was such a blast that plans are already in the works for the next cruise up the Parkway
On Tuesday I went with few guys from the Tar Heel MINI Club to the Hybrid Technologies open house in Mooresville, NC. It was great to see all the technologies involved to convert vehicles to electric only (didn’t I mention that’s what they do?) Check out the pictures in my photo gallery and the short video below.
And thanks to Bill who also showed us around the Roush-Fenway garages as well!
Check out this video clip I threw together of the PC game rFactor, with the MINI Cooper Challenge addon. rFactor is a racing simulation that encourages its community to create cars and tracks to add to the game. The Lime Rock Park and Laguna Seca tracks in the video are user created as well.
On October 13th, the Tarheel MINI Motoring Club could be found winding their way through the Blue Ridge Mountains. This video is of the MINIs pulling in to park at Mabry Mill. Check out that turnout! After spending some time at the mill, we headed to Rocky Knob for a picnic. Then it was down the twisty highway 8 towards Woolwine. Jealous?

Went to the Blue Ridge Music Center on Sunday to see the National Heritage Fellowship Award winners in concert. Got some pics and a few videos, check ‘em out!
